Facility reservation requests
The reservation form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, requested facility and time, and any gathering details you choose to provide. These details are stored in the city’s WordPress system and used by city staff to review and manage your request. Request details may be included in email notifications to city staff through the configured mail service.
